Tia is a creative and passionate yoga teacher, writer and mom who believes that wellbeing needs to be practiced, advocated and spread. She completed her 200-hour multistyle yoga teacher training and is yoga alliance and YACEP certified. She has multiple certifications from Yogabody and has been a part of several workshops of Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and classical Hatha Yoga. Her yoga practices aim at posture correction and strengthening, breathing better, maintaining a healthy weight and developing a healthier lifestyle in terms of diet, workout and sleep quality. Thereby providing stronger immunity, improved circulation and relief from stress.
Her classes are focused on developing the key elements of strength balance and flexibility of the body and are often accompanied by spiritual titbits on how to take yoga off the mat straight into the centre of everyday life making it more joyous and a little more fulfilling.
