Instructor Swagata Dey Banerjee holds a Sangeet Visharad degree and trained under Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty among others.
Bandish School of Music teaches Indian vocal music spanning Hindustani classical fundamentals (ragas, sargam, taal), semi-classical and devotional styles, Bollywood, folk, and Bengali genres such as Rabindra Sangeet and Nazrul geeti. Classes run in person and online for all ages and skill levels, and the school offers studio recording access and performance training.
