A hot yoga studio specializing in heated power vinyasa classes (rooms warmed to roughly 95-98 degrees with added humidity) as well as yin yoga. Classes are offered in-studio, via livestream, and on demand. The studio also conducts 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings plus multi-level yin yoga certifications. Studio practice is generally for ages 16 and up.
